We are an open-minded dedicated team looking for you a student of Learning and Development Organizational Development Business Administration Psychology or a related field.

Your tasks would include:
Supporting the GEA Academy team in day-to-day operations at an international level for 16-20 hours per week
Working on diverse projects and being a full-fledged member of the team
Taking on independent responsibilities in organizing and administrating training
Assisting in planning creating and implementing each years training courses and materials for corporate training
Working with our Learning Management System to maintain the learning catalog and managing the end-to-end registration and participation process and maintaining learning histories
Supporting the creation of e-learnings
Handling Learning & Development inquiries and communications with all Academy participants
Operational and administrative tasks are part of your role
Your Profile / Qualifications
You are studying Adult Education Business Administration Psychology Social Sciences or a related field
You are open-minded motivated want to gain practical experience and develop yourself further
You demonstrate a high degree of independence and responsibility for assigned tasks
You have a precise independent and proactive working style with high quality standards
Ideally you already have some experience in Learning & Development
Long-term availability (more than 1 year as a working student)
Very good Microsoft Office skills and an affinity for working with systems (Learning Management System Ticketing System such as ServiceNow Articulate)
Fluent English skills both spoken and written
