We are an open-minded dedicated team looking for you a student of Learning and Development Organizational Development Business Administration Psychology or a related field.

Your tasks would include:

  • Supporting the GEA Academy team in day-to-day operations at an international level for 16-20 hours per week

  • Working on diverse projects and being a full-fledged member of the team

  • Taking on independent responsibilities in organizing and administrating training

  • Assisting in planning creating and implementing each years training courses and materials for corporate training

  • Working with our Learning Management System to maintain the learning catalog and managing the end-to-end registration and participation process and maintaining learning histories

  • Supporting the creation of e-learnings

  • Handling Learning & Development inquiries and communications with all Academy participants

  • Operational and administrative tasks are part of your role

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • You are studying Adult Education Business Administration Psychology Social Sciences or a related field

  • You are open-minded motivated want to gain practical experience and develop yourself further

  • You demonstrate a high degree of independence and responsibility for assigned tasks

  • You have a precise independent and proactive working style with high quality standards

  • Ideally you already have some experience in Learning & Development

  • Long-term availability (more than 1 year as a working student)

  • Very good Microsoft Office skills and an affinity for working with systems (Learning Management System Ticketing System such as ServiceNow Articulate)

  • Fluent English skills both spoken and written
