The Opportunity
Crown is home to a diverse range of dining experiences from casual eats to premium restaurants. Were currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable team members to join our part-time back-of-house teams at:

• The Waiting Room (TWR)
• Mahogany
• Conservatory
• Margos
• Crystal Club

As a Chef youll create joyful moments through genuine care and connection guided by Crowns Service Excellence Be Courteous Connect Create and Care ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to elevated hospitality.

In these roles youll contribute to the smooth operation of our kitchens and support the delivery of high-quality dining experiences. Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with daily kitchen operations including food preparation and service
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
• Following HACCP and food safety protocols
• Working collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment

Youll bring:

• Previous experience in a high-volume or premium commercial kitchen
• A strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Availability to work part-time across a 24/7 rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent (required)

Please Note:
Due to the demands of the role including the required working hours and the continuous nature of the work only individuals with full working rights will be considered.

To be successful youll be flexible to work across a 7-day rotating roster including weekends late nights and Public Holidays. 

Important:
