Job Summary

Are you an RN with a heart for crisis care looking for weekend work At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH) our mission is rooted in empowering individuals and strengthening communities. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated part-time Registered Nurse to join our Virginia REACH team in supporting adults with I/DD and mental health needs at our warm home-like Adult Crisis Therapeutic Home (ACTH) in Woodbridge VA.

Position details: Part-time Saturday & Sunday 11am-11pm

Location: Woodbridge VA

Compensation: $37.00 per hour and up

Your Role in Our Mission

Make a real difference by providing compassionate nursing care to adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs in our Adult Crisis Therapeutic Home
Administer medications perform nursing assessments and ensure each individual receives the highest standard of care
Educate and empower individuals regarding their physical and mental health
Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to create personalized care and treatment plans
Ensure safety and compliance by maintaining accurate documentation and following all clinical standards
Play an essential role in promoting stability recovery and hope for those we serve

What Were Looking For

Licensure: Current valid unrestricted licensed as a Registered Nurse in state of Virginia
Knowledge: MH and I/DD systems of care preferred
Experience: Crisis prevention and intervention services preferred
Transportation: A valid drivers license and car insurance for occasional transportation to appointments
