Position Summary

The facility is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established collegial medical team in Bridgeport CT.

Essential Position Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate medical care to patients across a variety of health needs.

• Conduct detailed clinical evaluations develop individualized care plans and manage both acute and chronic conditions.

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe evidence-based treatments and medications.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated high-quality patient care.

• Promote preventive health measures wellness initiatives and patient education.

• Maintain accurate timely and compliant documentation in the electronic medical record system.

• Participate in continuous quality improvement and professional development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.

• Licensure & Certification: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine; eligible for Connecticut medical licensure.

• Experience: Previous clinical experience preferred but new graduates and residents are welcome to apply.
