Description

ABM a leading provider of integrated facility solutions is looking for a General MaintenanceTechnicianto complete assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs. Working knowledge of plumbing carpentry doors: interior and exterior painting is required. 2nd shift position. No weekend work.

Pay $20.00 an hour: or The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicants experience skills abilities geographic location and alignment with market data.

2nd shift hours - flexible between 2pm to 10pm or 3pm to 11pm or 4pm to 12pm.

Position Summary Details

ABM a leading provider of integrated facility solutions is looking for a General Maintenance Technician to complete assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs.

Responsibilities

Completes assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs requiring conveyor mechanical plumbing instrumentation and other equipment systems or structures
Ensures repairs and maintenance to all equipment and facilities
Responds to spills and other emergency situations performing tasks necessary

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older
Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific environments (if applicable) including ten-year work history if available.
A valid State Drivers License is required.
Basic knowledge of proper use of power tools hand tools.
Recognize various hardware parts and methods of repair for related tasks.
Must posses organizational skills.
Must be able to perform unsupervised.

Preferred Qualifications:

Customer Service Experience
1 yr of similar work experience
