Our Wellness Partners are at the heart of enriching the lives of our residents doing everything with kindness and purpose. Each day you will work in partnership with residents to support their personal care needs and encourage resident-led decision making in their eating resting movement communication and activities.
Wellness Partners encourage our residents to maintain skills and a sense of independence. Resident welfare is important and you will also be required to observe accurately document and communicate health conditions Participation in ongoing training is expected.

- Enjoyment in interacting with older people and participating in meaningful work which has a real impact on peoples lives.
- Commitment to a high standard of performance with diligence and care.
- Ability to work within a team where we respect our residents and our team members.
- Honesty integrity high energy physical fitness and enthusiasm.
- Good customer service organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work rostered shifts including weekends and nights
Qualifications :
Nga Tohu me nga wheako Qualifications and Experience
We will be interviewing and screening NZ Residents and NZ Citizens as a priority before looking internationally.
Arvida Level 1 to Level 3
- NZQF Level 2 or 3 qualification or at least one year of relevant experience (ANZSCO Skill Level 4)
- Evidence of English test is required if from overseas
Utu Taipitopito Pay Details (Level 1 to Level 3)
- $23.50 to $29.50 per hour depending on qualifications and experience
Additional Information :
