Job Summary

Technical Leadership in Deals:

Act as the lead technical expert in Cybersecurity.

Collaborate with key account managers and cybersecurity technical sales to understand customer pain points and design tailored solutions.

Solution Design & Client Engagement:

Architect complex security solutions.

Conduct client-facing presentations workshops PoCs and technical deep-dives to demonstrate value and feasibility.

Proposal Support:

Contribute to high-quality RFP/RFI responses SoWs and technical proposals with strong ROI and business justification.

Work closely with service delivery professional services and product teams to validate feasibility and cost and ensure alignment with customer needs.

Market & Technology Intelligence:

Stay ahead of cybersecurity trends technologies and threats and translate that knowledge into practical client recommendations.

Engage with technology partners (e.g. Claroty Nozomi Networks Dragos Fortinet TXOne..) to co-develop integrated solutions.

Internal Enablement:

Support internal stakeholders with knowledge sharing and training on cybersecurity trends and best practices.

Collaboration with Sales & Technical Teams:

Work closely with Cybersecurity Technical Sales Managers and Key Account Managers to ensure that proposed cybersecurity solutions align with sales strategies and client objectives.

Collaborate with internal product and delivery teams to align product capabilities with customer requirements.

Ensure seamless communication between sales and post-sales technical teams to facilitate a smooth handover and successful project deployment.


Qualifications :

Minimum Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Cybersecurity or a related field.

8 years of experience in cybersecurity pre-sales solution architecture or technical sales.

Experience in the Maritime Energy or Humanitarian sectors is preferred.

Managed Security Services expertise: Familiarity with SOCs MDR vulnerability management threat intelligence and incident response.

Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards (NIST ISO 27001 IEC 62443 NERC CIP).

Exceptional communication and presentation skills capable of influencing both technical and business stakeholders.

Excellent solution architecture and design skills with experience designing cybersecurity solutions. 

Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple pre-sales engagements simultaneously.

Proficiency in writing technical proposals RFP responses and creating solution documentation.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on delivering effective solutions.

Certifications:

Relevant certifications such as CISSP CEH CISM or ISA/IEC 62443 are highly desirable
