What Youll Do
Lead crews on commercial and multi-family framing/drywall projects ($5M$20M).
Keep jobs moving: review drawings coordinate with subs track materials and handle change orders.
Ensure quality safety and clear communication on site.
Stay hands-on (bags on) until spring then shift into more oversight.
What You Bring
Experience with cold form and exterior framing interior framing and drywall.
Ability to read shop drawings and manage workflow.
Strong communication skills (bilingual is a plus).
A reliable vehicle to get to site (gas card included).
