Job Summary
Join our team at Dominos Pizza in Louisville United States as a Customer Service Representative! Were looking for friendly efficient and customer-focused individuals to deliver exceptional service at our 3900 South 7th Street location.
- Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards
- Process cash and card transactions ensuring accuracy in all financial dealings
- Provide outstanding customer service creating a positive experience for every customer
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed
- Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Team player mentality with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic work environment
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
