- Possession of a current Louisiana Practical Nurse license a temporary permit or a multi-state license issued by a Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC/eNLC) state.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
The outpatient LPN-3 position duties include but are not limited to:
- Provides direct nursing care to clients receiving treatment for mental illness substance use disorders and/or medical illness.
- Responsible for performing individualized direct client care.
- Performs standard nursing services which may include the following: administering prescribed medications performing injections maintaining documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) administering screenings tests and other required labs conducting assessments and screens for new clients.
- Participates as an active member of an interdisciplinary Treatment Team.

Compensation:This position is eligible for premium pay of $1.00/hour for hours worked performing direct patient care.
The following rates are Special Entrance Rates (SER) established for this agency in these job titles:- LPN 1: $19.48/hour minimum - $28.90/hour maximum
- LPN 2: $20.84/hour minimum - $30.92/hour maximum
- LPN 3: $22.30/hour minimum - $33.08/hour maximum
