Job Summary
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of experience in enterprise collaboration/voice technologies with at least 2 years in Microsoft Teams deployments.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Microsoft Teams (Collaboration & Phone System)
- Direct Routing / Operator Connect
- Teams Rooms (MTR) and device management
- Microsoft 365 admin center & Teams admin center
- Familiarity with SBCs (AudioCodes Ribbon Oracle Cisco CUBE).
- Understanding of VoIP protocols (SIP RTP SRTP SBC interworking).
- Experience with Azure AD identity integration hybrid Exchange and security compliance policies.
- Excellent problem-solving documentation and client-facing communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Teams collaboration and voice solutions including planning design configuration integration testing and cutover.
- Assess existing UCC/voice environments and define migration strategies to Teams (Skype for Business Cisco Avaya or legacy PBX systems).
- Configure and manage:
- Teams Phone System
- Direct Routing / Operator Connect
- Teams Rooms (MTR)
- Meeting policies voice routing and call queues
- Integrate Teams with PSTN providers SBCs (AudioCodes Ribbon Oracle) and on-premises PBXs.
- Configure Microsoft 365 tenant Azure AD Conditional Access SSO and Directory Synchronization.
- Perform user migrations number porting device provisioning and adoption enablement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced issues related to Teams voice conferencing federation and integrations.
- Provide documentation training and knowledge transfer for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated on Microsoft roadmap Teams updates and best practices for collaboration and voice.
