We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduate to join our AlUla team as a Project Administrative Assistant.
This role provides essential support to the project management and HR functions ensuring smooth coordination of administrative financial and recruitment-related activities.
The successful candidate will gain valuable experience working within a large-scale development project and will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with project employees to ensure timely and accurate submission of timesheets.
- Support timesheet consolidation and verification for reporting and invoicing.
- Assist in collecting and preparing data required for project invoicing.
- Coordinate with the finance and project control teams to ensure supporting documentation is complete.
- Support the HR team with scheduling and coordinating interviews.
- Communicate professionally with candidates regarding interview details.
- Assist in maintaining candidate and employee records as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to the Project Director and management team.
- Assist with preparing reports meeting notes and project documentation.
- Manage and organize project documentation correspondence and filing.
- Contribute to maintaining a professional and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications :
- Saudi National
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration Management or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience or internship in administrative or coordination roles is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Arabic.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel Outlook Word Teams).
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced project environment.
