Job Overview:

Are you ready for an exciting career as a Graphic Designer

As part of a global team of graphic specialists you will work alongside international project teams to design and layout impactful presentations videos reports and solve problems this role you are first and foremost a business communicator who collaborates with partners and consultants to transform concepts into compelling visual solutions.

You should apply if you are highly motivated willing to learn new things have an aesthetic eye excellent attention to detail and are fluent in written and spoken English. You are also deadline driven organized and understand how people view and understand content.

This is a hybrid role that requires 2 days per week in our Noida office. There is no option to be fully remote.

We will count on you to:

• Collaborate with product managers communication specialists analysts and writers to design communication collateral.
• Create publication reports brochures flyers announcement mailers and presentations that strictly adhere to company branding templates and design guidelines.
• Create charts graphs illustrations and touch up artwork using Adobe software products.
• Make reviewer changes to content and design as required with a strong attention to detail.
• Review and approve final layouts

What we expect:

• Good knowledge of Adobe creative suite (Adobe Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) Adobe After Effects and PowerPoint
• Fluency of written and spoken English
• Client-centric mentality can-do attitude
• Aesthetic eye and interest in design subjects
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Self-starter who is also able to work effectively as part of team
• Excellent attention to detail
• Eager to learn new skills
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite will be a value add

What you need to have:

Knowledge & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years experience in service industry
• Graduate (any stream)
• Strong understanding of basic and advanced design principles.
• Ability to be creative within established guidelines.
• Mandatory: Advanced and proven knowledge of MS PowerPoint.
• Mandatory: Knowledge and experience working in latest Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign Photoshop Illustrator) and MS Office (Excel PowerPoint and Word Video Editing).
