- Provides care that is individualized and meets the physical emotional spiritual and psychosocial needs of residents.
- Obtains and transcribes all written and telephone orders promptly ensuring telephone order forms are complete.
- Notifies physician and responsible party of changes in resident status.
- Provides leadership and guidance to CNAs and LPNs; ensures that all policies procedures and state and federal regulations are practiced.
- Completes all new admissions paperwork timely including nursing assessment.
- Prepares and administers medications and treatments as needed.
Qualifications :
- Two (2) years of Medical/Surgical Rehab or Geriatric Nursing
- Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License
- Current CPR Certification
