Roles & Responsibilities :

• Assist in creating training testing and integrating AI models into applications and services through APIs or frameworks.

• Develop train and evaluate machine learning and deep learning models for various use cases.

• Perform data collection cleaning preprocessing and feature engineering.

• Collaborate with data scientists software engineers and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Monitor model performance maintain datasets and support continuous improvement.

• Stay current with AI research tools and emerging trends.

• Write clear maintainable code and contribute to internal documentation.

Qualifications :

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Any Bachelors degree

• 13 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development or implementation.

• Strong proficiency in Python and key AI/ML libraries

• Good understanding of machine learning fundamentals including model evaluation and optimization.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools

• Experience with version control systems (Git).

• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of deep learning natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision techniques.

• Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) and frameworks such as OpenAI Hugging Face or LangChain.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.

• Experience with Flask/FastAPI Docker or other deployment tools.

• Understanding of MLOps model versioning and monitoring.

• Participation in hackathons AI research projects or open-source contributions.
