The Job Mission
This is a hybrid role with three days a week based at our Bristol (Aztec West) office. We can only consider candidates living within a commutable distance though limited relocation support may be available.
Youll take ownership of the process instrumentation scope leading supplier handovers and ensuring technical compliance from design through to commissioning.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve supplier and client technical queries efficiently
- Support contract engineering lead across design and procurement phases
- Follow equipment manufacturing testing and delivery to site
- Review supplier documentation and surveillance reports to required standards
- Manage risks opportunities and engineering design changes
- Coordinate interface management between multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Assess and validate modification requests for accuracy and necessity
Qualifications :
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering
- Experience in instrumentation design procurement testing or installation
- Proven capability in technical documentation review and supplier follow-up
- Knowledge of British/EU electrical standards
- Background in heavy industries such as nuclear power generation or oil & gas
- Understanding of process instrumentation systems and integration
