This position is responsible for leading the execution of the Retail Plan for the area including both distribution and merchandising at retail & wholesale level. Responsible for people development coaching and performance management this role will ensure compliance and delivery of coverage allocation and plans to meet and or exceed retail objectives at the point of sale.

What are we looking for

• 1专科及以上学历;

  210年以上FMCG销售经验3年以上销售管理经验

  3拥有专业的经销商管理能力较强的市场判断及数据分析能力

  4良好的沟通协调及团队管理能力能有效辅导及激励下属带领团队达成预定业绩目标;

  5强烈的责任心及职业操守善于在压力下开展工作

  6有开发市场搭建通路的能力和经验

What will be your key responsibilities

• 管理区域或渠道的同事履行公司对于合规的要求包括但不限于真店真访真订单真执行真费用真数据

  1负责豫北城市群所有业务运作及销售团队

  2负责辖区销售预测制定每期销售计划确保销售目标达成

  3追踪并确保所辖区域KPI的执行及落实

  4关注经销商权重批发商重点零售客户定期做生意回顾和机会分析跟进各项过程指标达成

  5明确团队成员工作职责和目标定期进行绩效回顾

  6整合各类资源人员费用车辆等提高资源使用效率
