The mission of the Heavy Vehicles Divisions Data Integrity Department is to ensure the accuracy and effective management of data and information in the various product management procurement inventory and web platforms
For this purpose we are looking for an analyst to take over data review and analysis initiatives and its enrichment (correction monitoring and maintenance of all types of data related to the sales cycle of an item: attributes upc code etc.) taking into account the interrelationships between the various departments concerned (operations product management supply marketing IT support etc.).
More specifically you will be responsible for:
- Report and investigate any problematic situations in terms of data integrity to the different internal partners;
- Identify define consolidate and analyze the needed data to improve and implement adequate solutions;
- Update product assortments and ensure that all relevant information is present;
- Participate in all Division projects involving the product department and ensure that data compliance rules are taken into consideration;
- Implement and maintain the different activities procedures to ensure the integrity of information;
Qualifications :
- Hold a degree in Information Management Operations Management Business Administration Computer Science or another related field;
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a department related to supply chain or information management;
- Have a solid understanding of distribution as well as strong proficiency in supply chain systems product information management (PIM) systems and data analysis tools;
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both French and English orally and in this role you will collaborate regularly with internal clients across Canada;
- Be proficient in the MS Office suite particularly Excel (including macros) and Access databases.
