About the Consumer Platform: Our new Consumer Platform is a strategic initiative dedicated to creating seamless unified user experiences across all of Nines digital products. It will deliver universal capabilities for identity marketing communications subscription management billing payments and personalizationultimately enabling deeper audience engagement sustainable growth and long-term customer retention.

As the Product Manager for Billing & Payments you will join the Commerce & Core team and act as the driving force behind the implementation maintenance and optimization of our entire payment ecosystem. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring a seamless Order to Cash process from customer checkout through to final financial reconciliation. You will strategically manage payment vendors and complex integrations with our core finance systems.

What youll do:

  • Define build and launch exceptional market-leading products within the complex Billing & Payments landscape. This includes managing payment providers gateways and the underlying billing logic.
  • Write clear exhaustive specifications for major features and complex functionality ensuring you provide the right level of detail needed by your engineering team to execute with precision.
  • Handle the implementation and maintenance of payment vendors (both internal and external) and guarantee seamless auditable billing integrations with our finance and accounting systems.
  • Seamlessly transition your focus between managing large-scale high-impact platform implementation projects and driving continuous incremental software improvements based on real-time user feedback and evolving business needs.
  • Leverage data and actionable insights from analytics platforms to rigorously inform your product decisions analyze user payment behavior and accurately measure the success and financial integrity of your products.
  • Work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholdersincluding finance engineering legal and business teamsto understand their strategic goals and effectively communicate your product roadmap risks and dependencies.
  • Manage and rigorously prioritize the product backlog for your dedicated engineering team ensuring resources are focused on the highest-value initiatives.
  • Translate high-level strategic changes in a fast-moving transformation environment into clear actionable and measurable product initiatives for your squad.
  • Take ownership of the technical implementation quality ensuring payment processing is secure compliant and highly available.
  • Work closely with engineers to ensure solutions are scalable and maintainable for long-term growth.

Qualifications :

What youll bring:

  • An experienced Product Manager with a minimum of Insert required years 3 years of experience and a demonstrated track record in the payment systems billing platforms and financial integrations domain.
  • A proven ability to manage complex high-risk products from concept validation through to successful launch and iteration.
  • You are genuinely data-driven and instinctively use quantitative and qualitative insights to validate hypotheses and guide strategic product decisions.
  • An effective polished communicator capable of synthesizing complex technical and financial requirements and translating them for engineering design and business teams to deliver unified impactful solutions.
  • You are highly adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced transformation environment comfortably managing ambiguity and change.
