Description

The Sales Force (CRM) & New Business Opportunity Administrator position requires strong analytical skills proficiency in data analysis tools and a strategic mindset. The individual in this role will collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders organizational units and subject matter experts. This role is part commercial team New Business Opportunity administrator and part Sales Force (CRM) administrator responsible for executing support maintenance and improvement of our sales data platforms. The Sales Force (CRM) administrator will lead the ongoing development of Click Bonds CRM systems. The individual in this role will collaborate closely with functional leaders organizational units and subject matter experts.
Sales Force (CRM) Administrator
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment.
  • Handle all administrative functions including user account maintenance reports and dashboards workflows and other routine tasks.
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.
  • Manage Salesforce data feeds and other integrations.
  • Coordinate the evaluation scope and completion of new development requests.
  • Work with our institutional management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative development and change management activities.
  • Assist in training of new users and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization.
  • Effectively act as the liaison between our users partners vendors and the application development team.
  • Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements and propose systems update.
  • Coordinate with IT and MIS team where applicable.
  • Lead the implementation deployment of new modules and workflows within Salesforce.
  • Support the Commercial team on all sales data analysis and reporting efforts as needed.

New Business Opportunity Administrator
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implementation deployment of new business opportunities modules and workflows within Salesforce.
  • Maintain and update the new business opportunities pipeline.
  • Track progress from initial contact through evaluation proposal and handoff to sales or operations.
  • Facilitate internal alignment on new business proposals and initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing business cases presentations and proposals for new opportunities.
  • Ensure materials are accurate compelling and tailored to the target audience.
  • Enter and manage opportunity data in CRM systems.
  • Ensure records are complete current and properly categorized.
  • Generate regular reports on opportunity status conversion rates and strategic outcomes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on data trends.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to demonstrate the following competencies:

  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience using Sales Force or related CRM systems Epicor or similar ERP or SAP system PowerBipreferred.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines independently manage and prioritize simultaneous requests and succeed laterally and upwards.
  • Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources reconcile conflicts decompose high-level information into details abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
  • Strong understanding of forecasting models formula fields workflows custom views and other content of intermediate complexity.
  • Ability to generate workflows within a CRM environment or similar programming experience helpful.
  • Ability to speak write and read English.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors Degree or min. five years related work experience in analytics business management or related field.
  • Knowledge of Aerospace industry is strongly preferred.
  • 3-5 years data analytic experience preferred.
  • Sales Force or similar CRM experience preferred.
  • Strong data management abilities.
