Responsibilities:
As a Research Executive you will support the quantitative team on the day-to-day management of research projects throughout the entire project lifecycle. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Proposal Support:
- Attend client meetings with the project manager to understand project needs and requirements.
- Support content creation for pitches including proposal preparation and delivery using Ipsos solutions and tools.
- Assist in cost estimation to ensure proposals are competitive and cost-effective.
- Research Design & Execution:
- Assist the project manager in developing the project plan designing questionnaires and preparing and checking research materials and platform
- Independently translate project questionnaires and/or materials.
- Take responsibility for tracking and monitoring project progress and ensuring high-quality control throughout the projects operation.
- Liaise with and manage operations teams and other counterparts to ensure projects run smoothly on time and within budget.
- Verify the accuracy of deliverables including data sets and reports.
- Work on qualitative verbatim transcripts or content analysis
- Analysis & Reporting:
- Prepare analysis plan for the project.
- Prepare report charts and write simple key findings.
- Assist senior team members in analyzing research data and secondary sources.
- Conduct data analysis and help draft reports focusing on creating stories and narratives that deliver meaningful insights and conclusions.
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
We are looking for an open-minded proactive and creative individual who is a positive team player. The ideal candidate will be meticulous able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree or above in any discipline; it will be an advantage if it is related to public health nutrition finance marketing international studies
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Internship experience in the market research industry is preferred.
- Knowledge:
- A certain understanding of market research work and basic quantitative research methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of statistics is an advantage
- Marketing and business knowledge is an advantage.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Language: Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin is a must; proficiency in Cantonese is an advantage.
- Technical: Good computer operation skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office software. Familiarity with statistical software (e.g. SPSS SAS) is preferred.
- Analytical: High level of data literacy and a proven ability to solve complex problems.
- Personal Attributes & Soft Skills:
- Possesses strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
- Demonstrates a serious careful and reliable work ethic with the capacity to work diligently.
- Maintains a cheerful sensible and professional demeanor.
