Relient Health is currently seeking an experienced clinician to work as theDirector of Rehabilitation (DOR)at a respectedSkilled Nursing Facility (SNF)in Rutland VT. This opening is for a full-time direct-hire leadership role for a therapy professional passionate about guiding teams improving outcomes and ensuring top-tier patient care.

Applicants must hold active or eligible credentials as aPhysical Therapist (PT)Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)Occupational Therapist (OT)Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) orSpeech-Language Pathologist (SLP). • Estimated rate range: $40-50/hr depending on experience and facility size

• LicensedPT PTA OT COTA or SLPin VT
• 1 year of management or supervisory experience (preferred)
• Strong communication organization and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to foster teamwork and motivate staff
• Skilled in Medicare documentation compliance and billing standards
