Job Summary
Position: Registered Nurse Infusion
Location: The Woodlands TX 77380
Type: Contract
Shift: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $40$45/hr
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Nurse Infusionfor an exciting job in The Woodlands TX.
Responsibilities:
Administer and manage IV infusions and port access procedures
Prepare and mix medications according to established guidelines
Document care accurately in Epic EMR
Monitor patients for reactions and manage incidents promptly
Maintain compliance with organizational policies and clinical standards
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Infusion RN
Proficiency with Epic EMR
Knowledge of infusion pumps IV therapy and port access
Strong attention to detail and excellent reporting skills
Current RN license and required certifications
