Job Summary
DEM Elevating Equipment is a family-owned and operated elevator manufacturing company that has been a trusted name in the industry for nearly three decades. We take pride in offering a comprehensive product lineup that makes us a one-stop shop for elevator parts and components. As we continue to grow were seeking a talented 3D Drafter to join our innovative Engineering Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed 3D shop fabrication drawings for custom elevator systems.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and team members to refine and validate designs.
- Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and company specifications.
- Perform thorough quality checks for accuracy and completeness.
- Support the engineering team with custom drawings as project needs arise.
- Maintain project timelines and ensure on-time delivery of drafting tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required.
- SolidWorks experience required.
- AutoCAD experience a plus.
- Additional training or certifications in drafting or related fields preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook).
Skills & Abilities
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Dependable with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
