Other Successful completion of a Community Health Worker formal training program such as from a community college or other education institutionPreferred

Experience
6 Months Customer service experience either face-to-face or by phoneRequired

Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills ability to maintain composure in stressful situations ability to problem solve time management skills detail-oriented ability to work independently as well as with others strong organizational & prioritization skills and ability to motivate and inspire others ability to complete required reports.

Community Health Worker

Position Highlights

Work location: Based out of Texas Health Fort Worth (1300 West Terrell Avenue) however travel to other counties may be required.

Work hours: Full-time Days (generally Monday - Friday) however will require one Saturday a month

This is a grant funded position and subject to the award and continuation of the contract
