KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the design process for a variety of projects including digital and print materials advertising web design and branding assets.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines ensuring designs are visually aligned and maintain a consistent and cohesive identity across all platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing product and communications teams to develop creative concepts and campaigns working with senior designers or stakeholders as needed.
- Present design concepts and solutions to internal teams and stakeholders for feedback and approval.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously ensuring all deadlines are met and work is delivered to a high standard.
- Review and prepare final design files for production or digital development.
- Concept manage and art direct brand and product photography shoots including collaboration with photographers.
- Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and share new design ideas or tools.
- Stay up to date with design trends tools and best practices and recommend design solutions to improve workflow and creative output.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects across both digital and print media.
- Experience in branding typography and layout principles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign) and familiarity with Figma or other digital design tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.
- Strong attention to detail organization and time management.
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment and work independently when needed.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience working within a brand or design system.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS or UX/UI design principles.
- Experience in designing for social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of print production processes and preparing designs for print.
