What Youll Do

• Engage with customers via phone chat and email to deliver high-quality support and personalized service.
• Assist with billing mobile plan adjustments technical troubleshooting and general inquiries.
• Ensure every interaction reflects professionalism efficiency and a customer-first attitude.
• Collaborate with team leaders and trainers to continuously improve service quality and client satisfaction.

What Were Looking For

• German level B2 or higher and good English communication skills.
• Empathetic patient and detail-oriented personality.
• Comfortable multitasking in a dynamic tech-driven environment.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but motivation and communication skills matter most.
