Job Summary

Are you an RN with a heart for Behavioral Health and looking for part-time work At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH) our mission is rooted in empowering individuals and strengthening communities. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated part-time Registered Nurse to join our Virginia REACH team in supporting adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities in our Adult Transitional Home located in Culpeper VA.

Position details: Part-time onsite hours are flexible ranging from 15 - 20 hours per week

Location: Culpeper VA

Compensation: $37.00 per hour and up

Your Role in Our Mission

Make a real difference by providing compassionate nursing care to adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities in our Adult Transitional Home
Administer medications perform nursing assessments and ensure each individual receives the highest standard of care
Educate and empower individuals regarding their physical and mental health
Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to create personalized care and treatment plans
Ensure safety and compliance by maintaining accurate documentation and following all clinical standards

What Were Looking For

Licensure: Current valid unrestricted licensed as a Registered Nurse in state of Virginia
Knowledge: MH and I/DD systems of care preferred
Experience: Crisis prevention and intervention services preferred
Transportation: A valid drivers license and car insurance for occasional transportation to appointments
