What Youll Be Doing:
Youll be the go-to for making sure all our vehicles are properly titled billed and documented a mission-critical job that supports our sales finance and service teams.
Process motor vehicle title paperwork accurately & on time
Communicate with customers county clerks and banks
Receive and organize docs from Finance & Sales
Prep lender contract packages and trade-in payoffs
Keep us 100% compliant with all state and local title laws
Think of yourself as the air traffic controller of documentation minus the headset.
Youll Love This Role If You:

Enjoy juggling tasks (and dont drop the ball)
Have a positive attitude and team mindset
Know your way around a computer (CDK experience bonus points!)
No automotive experience No worries. If youre driven and coachable were happy to train you.
