About the Role
As the Cyber Security Engineering & Support Manager with our client youll oversee the deployment lifecycle and optimization of critical cybersecurity platforms used across IT end-user and operational environments. You will lead a high-performing team responsible for vulnerability management risk analytics and compliance enablement partnering closely with the Chief Information Security Officer and corporate technology leaders.
This is a role for an action-oriented leader who can bridge strategic cybersecurity direction with technical depth driving measurable outcomes in protection resilience and governance.
Location: Pittsburgh PA
Work Type: Full-time Onsite (100%)
Reports To: Chief Information Security Officer
Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the Cyber Security Engineering & Support team fostering collaboration accountability and technical excellence.

Oversee the implementation and support of enterprise cybersecurity tools across end-user IT and industrial environments.

Own and execute the vulnerability management strategy ensuring visibility and measurable risk reduction across global systems.
-
Develop and deliver cyber risk dashboards with actionable KPIs and KRIs to inform senior leadership and guide decisions.
-
Manage operational security tasks including privileged access patching processes and compliance alignment.
-
Partner with IT manufacturing and business stakeholders to integrate secure resilient architectures into production systems.
-
Maintain lifecycle management of cybersecurity tools and ensure continuous improvement through automation and analytics.

Oversee internal audits compliance reporting and adherence to U.S. export and ITAR standards.
Qualifications
-
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or related field.
-
7 years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure applications or cybersecurity.
-
2 years of leadership experience managing IT or cybersecurity professionals.
-
Deep understanding of vulnerability management risk analytics and enterprise-scale security technologies.
-
Experience deploying or managing endpoint protection IAM cloud security and compliance tools.
-
Strong communication and leadership skills with proven ability to influence across technical and business teams.
-
Must be a U.S. citizen lawful permanent resident or otherwise authorized to access controlled technology.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Masters degree in Cybersecurity Information Systems or related field.

Hands-on experience securing manufacturing or operational technology (OT) environments.
-
Demonstrated success implementing vulnerability management frameworks and compliance dashboards.

Experience managing department budgets and technology roadmaps.
-
Active certifications: CISSP CISM CISA Security.
