Job Summary

Were looking for a Founding AI Engineer with a hacker spirit someone passionate about building production-ready AI agents and workflows from the ground up. You will have end-to-end ownership shaping both our technical foundation and product direction.

The core challenge: building a simulated environment that evaluates how people work based on their interactions with intelligent agents. We aim to redefine how talent is evaluated a massively complex problem powered by millions of data points generated daily by our 7M users.

What You Will Do:

Backend Development: Write business logic in our cloud-native backend services at scale.
Systems Maintenance: Refactor migrate and maintain critical services.
AI Agents: Build and maintain agents and workflows that drive the platform.
Operations: Take on-call duties handle incidents and contribute to DevOps on Kubernetes (K8s).
Code Quality: Conduct code reviews write clean technical designs and document processes.
Research & Design: Drive technical initiatives tied to business OKRs; explore new approaches to agentic systems.
Adapt Quickly: Apply and integrate new technologies rapidly stepping outside your comfort zone daily.

What Were Looking For:

2-8 years of experience as a software engineer ideally with work on AI products or agentic systems.
Proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
Strong experience with large-scale infrastructure and production systems.
Ability to work independently drive projects forward and deliver at startup velocity.
