A Day in the Life

We would like to offer you the position of Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will report to Senior Sales Manager and will support the sales team within an assigned territory with new equipment installations equipment troubleshooting and maintenance demo inventory setup and customer in-service.


Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Promote and sell Medtronics products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop build and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.
  • Pursue leads assess needs and provide product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronics products and/or services.
  • Promote and establish education of the companys products and/or services.
  • Conduct market research including customers and competitors activities.
  • Implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
  • Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D (Research and Development) Operations and Marketing.
  • Find different and innovative solutions in-line with market dynamics through Conducting hybrid interaction models including virtual and/or physical communications to accommodate Healthcare professionals (HCPs) and market needs.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree required Biomed
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Orthopedic or O.R. (Operation Room) Experience
  • 1 year of Neuroscience (Pain Brain or Spine) Clinical Specialist or Sales Representative experience plus 2 years of prior clinical or medical sales Experience
