Please note: We are looking for candidates to be based in or close to London who can work 3 days a week from our office and are within reasonable distance of an airport with good European connections. This role will travel 10-25% of the time.

About Skin Analytics
Skin Analytics is an award-winning health tech company that works with dermatology teams to deploy world-leading skin cancer pathways using AI as a medical device DERM.

Following our recent 15M series B funding round and regulatory milestones were ready to scale internationally making history for AI in healthcare and the future of dermatology.

Were proud to epitomise AI for good - with a Class III CE mark DERM is the only AI as a medical device approved to make clinical decisions autonomously in the cancer space as well as being the first company to receive a NICE recommendation for use across the NHS.*

DERM is deployed at more than 28 NHS organisations where were supporting dermatology teams to build sustainable services that enable patients to gain quicker access to skin cancer diagnosis. If thats not enough we also collaborate with some of the largest health insurers to reach patients in their own homes. Recently we have launched in 3 European countries.

The role

In this role you are part of the Transformation team as well as collaborating with the Client Operations team. Were a passionate customer-first group that is the face of Skin Analytics to our partners. We help turn our cutting-edge technology into something simple to understand stress-free to launch and impossible to live without.

Key responsibilities

  • Project managing the implementation of our service with new and existing international partners
  • Leading partners through a change journey to using AI effectively in their healthcare service
  • Being the face of Skin Analytics to partners and making sure their needs are met
  • Supporting the retention of customers


Requirements

Essential Skills

  • 3 years experience in change management project management consulting account management or software implementation in a healthcare setting
  • Previous experience of working in an international environment with stakeholders from different countries.
  • Experience implementing change and managing varied stakeholders (from C suite to administrative teams) and communications
  • A driving license is essential

Preferred Experience

    • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with partners and understand their needs
    • An organised and diligent approach
    • The ability to multi task you can keep a lot of balls in the air
    • A pro-active attitude and problem-solving mindset
