BSWH is seeking a licensed psychologist to join our integrated primary care team. The psychologist will work collaboratively with primary care providers and other healthcare professionals to deliver evidence-based behavioral health services. The ideal candidate is skilled in brief solution-focused interventions and passionate about promoting whole-person health in a fast-paced clinical setting.
We are looking for a pledged team player with a favorable work/ training history. The ideal candidate should be focused on quality and be able to effectively partner with referring physicians agencies and other professionals to provide optimum patient care within our award-winning integrated health care system.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct Patient Care includes individual therapy family therapy and warm hand-offs from the PCP team member.
Provide brief evidence-based assessments and interventions for a wide range of mental health behavioral and psychosocial concerns (e.g. depression anxiety chronic disease management substance use sleep difficulties).
Conduct risk assessments and crisis interventions as needed.
Address lifestyle and behavioral factors impacting physical health conditions (e.g. diabetes hypertension obesity smoking cessation).
