Summary
Kia of Lincoln is growing and were looking for a skilled and motivatedAutomotive Technician to join our team! Youll start at our current location and move with us to our brand-new state-of-the-art facility on the south side of town in 2026. If youre passionate about quality work teamwork and delivering top-notch customer service this is the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair automotive issues efficiently and accurately across various Kia models and other makes.
Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes tire rotations brake inspections and alignments.
Use diagnostic equipment and hand/power tools safely and effectively.
Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used.
Work closely with service advisors to ensure clear accurate communication with customers.
Stay up to date on the latest automotive technology tools and repair techniques.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role.
Strong understanding of automotive systems and diagnostic procedures.
Proficiency with diagnostic tools scanners and repair software.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
ASE Certification is a plus (well help you work toward certification if youre not there yet!).
Valid drivers license and a good driving record.

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday with occasional weekends as needed
Experience: 1 year in automotive service (preferred)
Location: Lincoln NE (must be able to commute or relocate)
