What Youll Do:

Help clients with bathing grooming dressing and mobility
Provide meal prep companionship and medication reminders
Encourage healthy habits and independence
Observe document and report changes to care team

Memory Care Focus:

Provide gentle redirection reassurance and routine to help reduce confusion and anxiety.
Engage clients in meaningful activities that support memory connection and joy.
Observe and report behavioral or cognitive changes to the care team to ensure consistent high-quality care.
Prior memory care exp is required.
