Position Summary
Were seeking a dynamic motivated Sales Representative to drive new business growth across our Healthcare IT service lines encompassing both patient-facing and provider-facing solutions.
In this role youll lead full-cycle sales efforts: generating leads managing relationships and converting prospects into long-term clients. Youll have the opportunity to shape the future of our sales engine work closely with leadership and build meaningful relationships that directly impact how healthcare operates nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
New Client Acquisition
- Identify qualify and close new business opportunities within healthcare organizations clinics and provider networks.
- Build pipelines through outbound prospecting referrals and targeted campaigns.
Relationship Building
- Establish and nurture referral networks with healthcare professionals brokers and IT influencers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring a seamless pre- and post-sale experience.
Market Expansion
- Research and identify high-growth market segments and verticals.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to expand presence in new geographic and business areas.
Sales Presentations & Demos
- Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to key decision-makers (practice owners administrators and employers).
- Tailor messaging to client pain points and showcase the ROI of our integrated healthcare IT solutions.
Pipeline & CRM Management
- Maintain an active organized sales pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot Salesforce or similar).
- Report on sales activity conversion metrics and pipeline health to leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing to align campaigns and generate qualified leads.
- Coordinate with Implementation Clinical and Operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Provide client feedback to Product and IT teams to inform continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 35 years of experience in B2B sales preferably within healthcare IT or SaaS environments.
- Proven success meeting or exceeding sales targets in competitive markets.
- Strong network or familiarity with healthcare systems medical offices or provider networks.
- Excellent presentation negotiation and consultative selling skills.
- Experience using CRM software for pipeline management and reporting.
- Ability to work independently prioritize effectively and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
