What are the pay and benefits

  • The salary for this role is 31891 for a 40 hour full time permanent position.
  • Our Pobl Repairs Team covers areas between Haverfordwest and Bridgend with a trades office base in Swansea
  • Working days are predominately Monday to Friday days or you can work compressed hours on a 9 day fortnight.

As a Damp and Mould Technician youll play a key role in improving the quality of homes by providing essential repairs and advice to customers. Youll be supported by a team of experienced professionals and have the chance to develop your skills further while making a real difference.

Where does this role fit in

Youll be part of the Pobl Repairs team based in Swansea and report to the Repairs Supervisor. This mobile role means youll be on the move visiting customers in their homes to carry out important repairs and maintenance. The role is key in ensuring we deliver high quality service enhancing customer satisfaction and contributing to a better living environment for our tenants.

What skills and experience do you need

Were looking for someone who brings a mix of hands on skills and a passion for great customer service! If you have:

  • Experience in minor repairs and enjoy getting the job done right
  • A friendly and professional approach when working with customers
  • A collaborative mindset working well with others to solve problems
  • Confidence working at heights and taking on different tasks
  • A driving licence to get you to the job sites with ease
  • Health and safety knowledge to keep yourself and others safe
