What you will do and why

As a Senior Product Designer at Viedoc you take full ownership of how our products look feel and function aligning design vision with product strategy.

You will transform complex clinical research processes into intuitive human-centered digital experiences. Your mission is to simplify complexity ensuring our product is not only highly functional but also a joy to use enabling researchers to focus on what matters most: groundbreaking discoveries that improve lives.

You will be part of an agile cross-functional team that takes shared responsibility for delivering a high-quality product experience. Together with engineers product managers and domain experts you will work through the whole product journey from idea to release and continuous improvement.

This means you will be:

Leading end-to-end product experiences translating research into product actionable opportunities.

Collaborating closely with product managers engineers and domain experts to translate requirements into elegant solutions.

Conducting user research and usability testing to validate designs and iterate based on feedback.

Producing wireframes prototypes and design specifications that guide development.

Contributing to and evolving our design system to ensure consistency across the product suite.

As a professional we would like you to have:

Proven experience as a Product Designer (or UX/UI Designer with a product-focused mindset)

A strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design in complex digital products.

Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (Figma Sketch Adobe XD or similar. Bonus if you are familiar with React.)

A solid understanding of user centered design principles and usability best practices.

Experience conducting user interviews research and usability testing.

Familiarity with agile development environments and cross functional teamwork.

Domain experience in healthcare clinical research or life sciences.
