Job Summary

Role Overview:

The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding client accounts achieving sales targets and promoting Genovative AIs SaaS products and services within the KSA market. This role requires a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales strong presentation skills and familiarity with fleet management or telematics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing ensuring consistent achievement of sales quotas.

  • Build maintain and grow relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients in the KSA region.

  • Deliver product presentations and system demos tailored to client needs.

  • Identify new business opportunities upselling and cross-selling SaaS solutions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product Marketing and Customer Success) to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and opportunities using CRM tools.

  • Stay informed about market trends competitor activities and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS Account Management or Enterprise Sales with proven quota ownership.

  • 23 years of experience in the local KSA market with strong client network and market understanding.

  • Demonstrated experience in selling IT Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions and services.

  • Strong ability to present system demos and communicate complex technology solutions effectively.

  • 2 years of experience in Fleet Management Vehicle Tracking or Telematics (GPS/AVL) software is highly preferred.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong plus.

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
