The Role
- The successful Teacher of English will teach English Language and Literature to students across Key Stages 3 4 (GCSE) and 5 (A-Level).
- The Teacher of English will inspire a passion for literature and creative writing and oversee internal examinations during the cover period.
- The Teacher of English will contribute to the schools strong ethos of intellectual enquiry and academic ambition.
- The Teacher of English will be expected to fully immerse themselves in the school community potentially supporting co-curricular activities such as a book club or debating society.
