Key Responsibilities
- Adjudicate warranty claims by assessing automotive issues against contract terms and conditions.
- Handle inbound claims-related calls providing status updates and resolving customer issues effectively.
- Manage vehicle inspections for claims exceeding a specific threshold or where fraud is suspected.
- Master client and agent relationships as well as the details of service contracts.
- Identify and escalate potential fraudulent claims to management.

- Location: Greenville SC (Hybrid: In-Office Tues Wed Thurs / Remote Mon & Fri)
- Job Type: Full-time
- Schedule: 10 am - 7 pm or 11 am - 8 pm shift. First month is fully in-office for training.
What Were Looking For in You:
- Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Required: 3 years of hands-on experience in the Automotive Service Industry (e.g. Service Advisor Parts Advisor Automotive Technician/Mechanic).
- Required: Strong automotive technical and mechanical knowledge including vehicle diagnostics and repairs.
- Ideal Candidate: A detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills a customer-focused mindset and the ability to thrive in a structured process-driven environment.
