Overview

Our client is a fast-growing data intelligence and marketing platform built for the parking and mobility industry. Our SaaS products help operators unify data visualize performance and automate customer engagement.


Were seeking a detail-oriented Platform Data Administrator to manage and maintain the accuracy consistency and quality of client data across the Dash platform suite ( and ). This role ensures seamless data ingestion account configuration and billing integrity across multiple clients and systems.


Key Responsibilities

Platform & Data Management

  • Input verify and update client data across multiple SaaS environments.
  • Maintain accurate location user and integration records (e.g. Flash ParkWhiz ParkChirp Clover).
  • Perform regular data quality checks to ensure system integrity and completeness.
    Manage platform configuration settings permissions and user access.

Quality Assurance

  • Conduct routine audits of imported and live data for accuracy and consistency.
  • Identify anomalies or missing data and coordinate resolutions with engineering or client teams.
  • Implement and improve QA processes for data ingestion billing and reporting outputs.

Client & Account Administration

  • Onboard new clients and ensure platform setup matches contractual requirements.
  • Support client-specific dashboards reports and data mapping.
  • Assist in generating automated reports and validating key metrics.

Billing & Reconciliation

  • Track and maintain accurate billing data aligned to active locations license counts and client tiers.
  • Support Finance in reconciling platform usage to billing outputs.
  • Provide visibility into monthly recurring revenue (MRR) and usage-based charges.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 24 years of experience in SaaS operations data administration or platform management.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and validation.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel) and basic data tools (e.g. SQL BigQuery Tableau preferred).
  • Understanding of billing models for subscription or usage-based SaaS.
  • Comfortable navigating admin portals APIs or CRM systems (Salesforce HubSpot etc.).
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.


Nice to Have

  • Experience with BI tools or dashboard platforms.
  • Familiarity with the parking mobility or marketing technology industries.
  • Exposure to QA workflows SOC 2 processes or data governance.
