- Lead the design development and delivery of AI-driven solutions using Python with a focus on LangChain and LangGraph frameworks.
- Guide and manage a technical team of Python developers working on Large Language Model (LLM) workflows.
- Act as the main liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes.
- Translate business requirements into actionable technically sound implementation plans.
- Oversee solution architecture and ensure adherence to best practices for LangChain and LangGraph.
- Manage project timelines assess and mitigate risks and ensure quality standards and delivery milestones are achieved.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Provide technical mentorship guidance and performance feedback to team members.
- Drive innovation by staying current with trends in AI LLMs and Python ecosystems.
- Ensure scalable high-impact solutions are delivered on time and meet business needs.
