Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team on a PRN basis at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Gloucester MA. As an LPN/LVN you will be responsible for providing quality nursing care to residents in accordance with established standards policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Assist with daily living activities including bathing dressing and feeding.
Monitor patients health and report any changes in condition to the RN or physician.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide holistic patient care.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and facility policies.
Provide emotional support to residents and their families.

Required Requirements:

Valid LPN or LVN license in the state of Massachusetts.
CPR/BLS certification (current).
At least 1 year of nursing experience in a SNF or long-term care facility.
Ability to work flexible PRN shifts including nights weekends and holidays.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
