About the Role:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a PRN basis at a reputable Skilled Nursing Facility in Gloucester MA. As an RN in this facility you will provide high-quality care to residents in a supportive team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in accordance with the facilitys policies and procedures.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patients conditions and report any changes to the care team.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Supervise and support LPNs CNAs and other nursing staff.
Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of medical records.
Maintain a clean safe and patient-focused environment.
Follow infection control and safety protocols consistently.

Required Requirements:

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts.
Current BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association).
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Strong organizational communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work varied shifts based on facility needs.
