Location: Concord NH 03301

Duration: 13-weeks contract

Shift: 10-hour day shift 7:00 AM 5:30 PM

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Weekly Pay Rate: $2600 $2800; (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Cardiovascular Operating Room team for a 13-week contract position. This role is responsible for providing high-quality patient care during cardiovascular and general surgeries working alongside a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced high-stakes environment.

Responsibilities:

Preoperative Care: Assess patients prepare for surgery and ensure proper positioning and sterilization.
Intraoperative Care: Assist during surgeries monitor vital signs manage medications and maintain sterile technique.
Postoperative Care: Provide immediate recovery care and educate patients on post-op instructions.
Documentation: Accurately record patient care and surgical details in the EMR system.
Collaboration: Work with the surgical team to coordinate patient care and ensure a safe OR environment.
Safety & Compliance: Follow hospital policies safety protocols and infection control standards.
Professional Development: Stay current with surgical techniques and nursing best practices.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of acute care OR experience.
Active NH or Compact RN license (required).
BLS & ACLS certifications (required).
Current NH State License.
Preferred Certification: PALS.
EMR Experience: Cerner experience is preferred but not required.
