Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our after-hours hospice care team in West Branch Michigan. Grounded in the belief that exceptional care is best delivered through teamwork our After Hours Hospice RNs collaborate closely to manage and deliver high-quality patient care plans.

This role supports patients in West Branch and surrounding areas and includes a $10000 first-year success bonus to reward key achievements during your initial year.

Schedule
Seven days on seven days off rotation:

Monday through Thursday 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Friday 5:00 p.m. through Monday 8:00 a.m.

Qualifications

Required

Associate degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan
Minimum of 1 year of RN experience (2 years preferred)
Valid drivers license reliable transportation and auto insurance
Ability to spend approximately 20% of work time driving to patient locations
Strong time management and self-scheduling skills
Proficiency in EMR systems tablets and mobile devices
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred

Preferred

Hospice or palliative care nursing experience
RN License Number provided upon application
