Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dietitian to join a mission-driven care team serving elderly participants in Sioux City this full-time role you will be part of an interdisciplinary team focused on improving health outcomes through comprehensive nutritional care and education. Key Responsibilities

Plan and provide individualized nutritional care for participants
Assess nutritional needs and develop care plans to address them
Evaluate and document participants nutritional outcomes
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws regulations and nutritional standards
Obtain and review nutritional and medical histories
Recommend and implement effective nutrition interventions
Complete nutrition assessments in accordance with regulatory guidelines
Educate participants and staff on diet food safety and nutrition best practices
Document all participant information in the EMR system
Participate in Interdisciplinary Team meetings to ensure coordinated care

Schedule and Shift Details

Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m.

Qualifications

Required

Bachelors degree or higher in Nutrition Dietetics or a related field
Minimum of 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office or similar software
Current licensure/certification in at least one of the following:
- Dietetic Technician Registered (DTR)
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
- Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN) in the state of Iowa
Current certification in one of the following:
- American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
- American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
