Role Business Analyst Entry Level

Key Responsibilities

Assist in gathering analysing and documenting business requirements from stakeholders and process owners.
Help translate business needs into practical system enhancements and configurations.
Participate in workshops meetings and testing activities to gain hands-on exposure to ERP transformation.
Assist with data migration activities ensuring transferred data is accurate and reliable.
Contribute to the development of user guides training materials and process documentation.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by tracking issues validating fixes and ensuring smooth implementation.
Provide first-line support during system go-live and stabilization phases.

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Systems Computer Science or a related field.
0 3 years of experience in business analysis ERP systems IT projects or related roles (internships welcome).
Basic understanding of business processes or ERP systems (experience with SAP is a plus but not required).
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Hands-on experience leading projects from initiation to completion.
Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
Organized detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
